A Small Building Surge Across Oahu

Construction on the North shore has picked up considerably for 2014. Continuing low interest rates and renewed construction lending has helped fuel a small building surge across Oahu. If you are considering a building project then it would be smart to identify the contractor you would like to work with in the planning stages so you can be sure to get on their schedule early. We currently have (3) crews operating and are mostly booked for the rest of 2014, though might be able to take on one additional project. However, we are happy to schedule new projects for 2015!
