Dillingham Ranch

Project Value: $30,000. Completed Winter of 2012. 1,000 s.f. of new floor system and hardwood. This project consisted of the renovation of Dillingham Ranch’s social hall. Termite damage had rendered the subfloor unsafe so an entirely new floor system was installed with new hard wood floors to match previous conditions. Landmark Builders assisted in identifying the source of moist soil, which drew termites to the wood in the first place, and Dillingham Ranch remedied to preserve the new floors.
