Crozier Drive

Project Value: $400,000. Completed Spring 2012. 1760 s.f. new living space and 664 s.f. of new covered deck space. This project was a Design/Build collaboration with the owner and was close to 2 years in development. The goal was to blend the elements of plantation, farm house, and craftsman styles. This was achieved with unique roof lines, large decks, and a board and batten finish. Stain grade cedar T&G and clear fir trim were added as accent elements on the interior to give a taste of the alpine in a Hawaii setting!
